Labsupport supports analytical systems throughout their entire lifecycle. Our technicians handle maintenance, repair and calibration directly on-site and respond quickly in the event of a fault.
In the GMP environment, we qualify your analytical instruments and validate computerized laboratory systems, with documentation that holds up to audit.

Where can we help
In the pharmaceutical industry, in-process controls and release testing place the highest demands on analytics, equipment condition and documentation. New analytical systems and laboratory software must therefore not only function technically, but also be demonstrably fit for purpose. Drawing on years of experience in GMP laboratories, we support you in an advisory capacity or take care of the operational execution. Our focus is on chromatography (HPLC, GC) and elemental analysis (ICP-MS, ICP-OES, AAS). We are equally experienced with equipment for pharmaceutical testing such as dissolution, disintegration and particle testers. Our standard is documentation that holds up to audits and regulatory inspections.

Where can we help
An analytical system only delivers reliable results when it is technically sound. We take care of maintenance, repair and calibration of your systems and respond quickly and directly on-site in the event of a fault. Because service and qualification are handled by us under one roof, there is no need to coordinate between different service providers, for example during requalification after an intervention.
We support chromatography and elemental analysis systems in pharmaceutical and GMP laboratories, in the chemical industry, and in quality control, research and development. We also have many years of experience in the maintenance and calibration of gas analyzers for process and exhaust gas analysis, particularly in engine and fuel cell development.

Our approach
Contact – You describe the equipment, fault pattern or maintenance need. Often the first conversation is enough to narrow down what needs to be done.
Assessment and appointment – We give you an estimate of effort and spare parts and arrange an appointment, as quickly as possible in the event of a fault.
On-site service – Maintenance, repair or calibration directly in your lab, tailored to your operation.
Report and completion – You receive a traceable service report. For GMP systems, we take care of the subsequent requalification on request.

Where can we help
In addition to our services, we supply selected equipment that supports the reliable operation of your analytical systems, for example for gas supply in chromatography and gas analysis or for cooling laboratory equipment. On request, you will also receive a matching service package, from installation through maintenance to qualification. That way you do not just get a device, but a solution that is looked after long-term.
